The Resistance Begins Today
Trying to be with my feelings today. I am crushed. Betrayed. Heartbroken.
I am hurt and scared.
I am pissed. So… I’m leaning into pissed.
I am pissed that the election can be controlled by a bunch of people who do not love our country. By people who fear the contributions of immigrants and women and people of color. By people who love power and money more than humanity.
I am inspired to get to work. We need to stand strong and be the resistance that 2025 will require.
Be part of the change and wisdom and lean into hard things.
Challenge racism, sexism, xenophobia. Use whatever privilege you hold to stand up for others.
Build community. Be a helper. Have book groups and go on walks and invite the neighbors over and babysit for young parents.
Live in your home, in your body, in your values.

I am booked solid right now- people were in a lot of pain long before this election and I cannot take new clients. I am looking to put some workshops and retreats on the books for January- stay tuned!
